Hallie & Herbert’s Modern O’ahu Wedding

I will never forget what bride, Hallie Angelo, said to me the first time we got on a call, “I don’t care if our wedding is timeless! I just want it to feel like us, now!” But the thing is, by not caring about “timelessness” or trends or any other social media fed thought, Hallie & Herbert crafted a wonderfully nontraditional and bespoke day that ended up being the most authentically timeless to them. The combination of La Pietra’s old world, O’ahu Wedding venue with the bride & groom’s modern touches created a romantic and eclectic outdoor celebration. Sourced vintage elements, billowing drapery, a live choir, wispy & effervescent florals, and homages to their childhood cities were just a few ways that the couple made the day feel like them.
